My second time in Milan was definitely better thanks to summer. Winter was not missed. We wandered around the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, chubbing out on panzerotti and people watching the afternoon away. I just wished I had an Italian friend to hang out with and really get into the local scene proper.
